It's been so dead in here today!
Hey Linnie! How you holding up?

I'm well. School's been a bit mental. I was snowed under this weekend with music work and homework. I still have a violin sonata to write for tomorrow which I've barely started. I have to re-format the entire Kit book for my musical because my drum notation turned out to be a disaster. I missed a big Differention Test on Friday and I've just been a bit pressured.
Then I watched a documentary; "A Boy Called Alex", about a 16-year-old cystic fibrosis music prodigy on a scolarship at Eton. It put a lot of things in perspective.
And then I lost all the work I had been doing on the kit book on my laptop, and I regressed back into a moany teenager again.

Eek. Thats tough stuff, Linnie. Chin up! *hugs*
I'm bored. I'm trying to decide where to go to school, and learning the closing to ITW, which I still don't know.
And I have a recital tonight in Hartford, which gives me no time to do anything this afternoon but shower and go. Blah.
And I just turned down Colin for prom. He's not happy with me.

Are you waiting for another guy, DGG?
I got 4 packages today! YAY!

Pff. Nope. Just going alone, as far as I know.
I have to go make myself pretty for the Bushnell. See ya!

Have fun, DGG!
Yeah, it's all old stuff the. The mailroom was like backed up. It's just a bunch of scripts and stuff.
Speaking of packages, THE MIST still hasn't arrived.

I'd be so pissed. I would have complained by now.
stagey, I thought you were going to say something completely different.
Thats strange, did you call them?

I agree...I read "speaking of packages" and thought, uh-oh!

Scripts and CDs!
Ugh sometimes I hate my schedule. It makes it easier to work when I have half my classes at night, but when that means I can't use the PERKS of working here (like, say, tickets to opening night of Patrick Stewart's Macbeth tomorrow), it gets a little annoying.
What about taking the tix and calling is sick? Too obvious?

Oh boy...I'm working flies for Macbeth...
Well, if I miss three classes (for any reason, sick or otherwise), my grade drops a full letter. And since I've already missed one class, I don't want to be in any danger of doing poorly for as dumb a reason as that. It's bull, really. We're in college! Do they really need to be doing head counts to make sure we're all there and paying attention?
Thats how my Geology class is too, Scott.
I missed two classes and my grade went down a half letter.

That's how every single one of my classes is. But it makes sense, you kind of need to be present to learn acting technique and be trained vocally and such...
Well, if I was taking the same classes as you Robs, I would never want to miss a class! Geology is another story...
but which ones, silly robbie, oh and look here, *tosses squeeky red ball*

oh... BELIEVE ME...there are days you do not want to wake up and go to ballet. Or even acting for that matter. It's a love hate relationship!
I got A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD and the Evil Dead script and I Love You Because script...
I still have to hear The Evil Dead. of course I LOVE LOVE LOVE the movie.
