Jesus Christ! You might as well just run over it, because that's the equivalent.
If a steak is too cooked, it gets rough and loses its tenderness and its juices.
I prefer my steaks medium; my hamburgers, medium well. I also don't use steak sauce on my steaks. It's not a very good steak if you can't eat naturally.
