Hi future classmate.
Well, not classmate, but whatever.

Hello fellow UHa student!
How art thou?
Robbie, I watched Juno last night.
It was probably one of the most clever movies I have ever seen.

Tired. And relieved to finally get the decision off of my chest.
How art thou, my love?

Isn't it great? I loved it. I also love the soundtrack!!
I'm great! Though, they disabled my account to register cause I tried 20 million passwords and I can't remember it! Congrats on making a decision!!

Yay, Deeg! Congrats on the decision!
Hi, everyone else.

Thanks! It sucks that you can't register. I'm so exhausted I don't even know what to do. The stress of everything has been killing me, but I talked to a guidance counselor today and I feel a bit better.
Wow. I do not even fit in at a school like UHart, yet thats where I'm going!
Congrats DGG! I'm sure you will fit in just fine.
Hey mauri!

Thanks everybody!
I dunno, Kasie. Its a different world, but I'm sure enough of myself that I know I won't change at all.

Why wouldn't you fit in, DGG?

Its a middle/upper class school with a lot of kids from Jersey and NY who are used to money. My family is anything but that! I've never really let it get me down (except at Christmas, lol), so I'm sure I'll be fine. Its just going to be a whole different world!

You'd be surprised how diverse schools like that can turn out to be. My undergrad was filled with SUPER-privileged kids, but I had no trouble finding a group of people just like me, with financial aide and campus jobs and whatnot. You'll find your place. I'm sure of it.

Thanks, Mauri! You're a doll!

Nah. I'm just old. But you're welcome.
Pssh...you're not old mauri.

DGG, there are a ton of different people here! Not everyone is from NJ or NY. A lot are form Mass and NH and other places. It's going to be so easy to find people like you, BELIEVE ME. I thought this was going to be different. A big city guy from the south coming up to a small city in the north?! HELLO! Hahaha...I mean, I had somewhat of an advantage but you'll be fine! I'll set you up!
So I was able to register, but when I register for my vocal lesson it says there's a time conflict. Mind you, we don't pick times till next year when our schedules are finalized. So I e-mailed Joan! She'll come to my rescue...sigh...12 FRICKEN classes.

LOL. I know I'm not old-old, but I'm older than you whippersnappers.
The sheer idea of 12 classes still blows my mind, Robs.

Yet it's only 19 credits. When the max is 18.5. Thank God we don't have to pay extra for the half credit we go over.

Thanks Robbie.
Its just such a huge decision, and what if I made the wrong one? I guess I'll know soon enough! I'm really looking forward to it, though.
And if I need a weekend away, I'm only 45 minutes from home! and so are you, Robbie. My home is your home, so you're welcome to crash and eat my food.

Dude. For grad school 9 credits is considered full-time.
And I think it's really cute that you two are going to be going to school together. And really convenient, too. If I ever want to come meet ya'll, I only have to go to one place!

Haha, that is true, Mauri!
I'll be doing an advanced program of study. I'm pretty pumped about it.

You made the right decision! Even if it turns out wrong, it's a learning experience. I had the same problem, it was either, stay home and transfer to Syracuse, or go to Hartt and chance it. I came her, found out how amazing it is and stayed. Best decision of my life. You'll love it here! And if not, it's not hard to transfer, you'll find what's right for you!
Aww thanks! I appreciate that! Or we could go into the city, too!

I had originally sworn to get out of the state. This was my only CT school! How weird.
I'm just going to embrace it for now. You'll be seeing a lot more of the tower like a flower from now on, though. I hope you're ready for me!
Yay city! My house is a blast (its INSANE!!!), but I love the city to death.

My plan was to get out of FL...and I did
I'm going to get you drunk and hooking up with guys in no time .
Hahaha, I'm jk!! But if you do happen to party with me, you're more than welcome to pass out on our futon in our living room.
So I'm living with 3 gays next year, you should hear Michael's (AT) decoration ideas. OH BOY.
