I'm making fun of myself. I've been bugging Taz all week to take some time off and take care of himself, that's all.

i know tazzy, but it seems like he's still mad/upset with me from the conversation before... and like he's not willing to try, but if i im him first, then he'll talk to me, but he won't call me... he's being such a typical guy! cause i know he doesn't even realize that it's making me mad.

well, that was left unresolved. I wouldn't suggest getting into it again via im though.
Maybe a nice "I love you. Whatever we need to deal with, we will deal with when you get home. But just know that I miss you and love you" type of message.
Make him feel a little bad for not communicating, ya' know?

stagey... it's only been in the last week that he won't. and he's still in iraq... i do know that he can't call me all the time, and that a lot of the time he gets online to check his email and then goes right to bed.

tried that tazzy. it was more like not getting into it over the phone again. and i know a huge part of it is that we haven't seen each other since march. but i was sent him an im today that he'll get whenever he signs on that said something to the effect of are you gonna stay mad at me forever? cause it really suCks how things are right now with us. that was all. cause if he's never gonna get over it then... what's the point? and i have every right to be just as upset as him.

Oh you have ABSOLUTELY every right to be upset. He's acting like the world revolves around him and your feelings don't matter. I empathize completely.
I'm just saying that right now it is so strained with the distance and the stress of just being in a war zone. You could both say things that you'll regret.
Bottom line - it's not productive to make any big decisions until you are face to face.

oh, i know tazzy. i'm just trying to make it *somewhat* better at the moment. and like, he knows that. cause i said that i felt like i was nagging him everytime i'd im him to say hi and he was like you're not. don't worry, i'll let you know when you are. and i said something about getting a second job, so he's like, great, so even LESS time for me to talk to you. so like... i'm almost positive that he still does want to talk to me... he's just being a complete butthead.
