don't forget, the D is silent
I saw Linda Blair play Rizzo.
In her house seat.
That she bought for me.
jealous?
No. I am sorry that you had to sit through Grease though.
She was really good though. She can really sing her ass off.
and she's hot.
I'll bet that Linda Blair was the greatest Rizzo - ever!
I hated that movie!
I have to believe she was better than Rosie, JB!
I really like Linda Blair, and feel she's underrated and certainly underused.
I agree, JB. She's a wonderful actress. The Exorcist was the best and worst thing that could have happened to her.
She really was amazing in it though. I had no idea she could sing.
She worked with Joan Lader to prepare. Worked very, very hard for that role. Looking back, it's not surprising that that deeply layered, textured speaking voice would lend itself nicely to music.
My favorite line from a movie who's name I cannot remember, was uttered by Linda Blair - "I wish you were double jointed, so you could kiss your ass goodbye."
Ha!
I loved Sarah T, Portrait of a Teenage Alcoholic the best of all her roles.
that's a famous line JB! I had no idea she was the actress who delivered it.
I wish I could remember the film. I suppose I should just go to imdb and read her credits.
danke! I must investigate this film!
The board is an exceptionally hostile environment this evening.
Isn't it always hostile? So many fragile people, trying to be fabulous and glib.

That's brilliant, JB. If I didn't love my current sig so much, I would change it to that last sentence.
I love your signature, too. I loved Beverly Sills.
Me too. I used a speech of hers for a presentation in class last week - it made quite an impact.
It's sad to think she is gone. So few people left in the world of show business that I admire.
She was truly one of a kind. Just an amazing person.
