DG: Nope. not even a second, nearly got there for a weekend because I was down South for my last job, but the roads were washed out from monsoons -- from what I gather the camp has been woefully undermanned this year -- must have something to do with the fact that 90% of the volunteers are community organizers of some kind and can't get away to work out there.

I am heading to Columbus on the 17th for a week and from that point the ballot chase (vote by mail) will begin here for the primaries and I on won't have time for much else. The kids are great. I am ecstatic about this opportunity. I have been trying to find a way into SEIU for the past year and a half.

I didn't get the job at the shoe store. Both the store and the bakery want me to work weekends.

I befriended a homeless kid tonight. He told me about this house he and some friends have been living in... I'm gonna go see what's so fun about squatting!

I feel special.

I am seriously stoked....the America Votes/AZ launches are the 15th in Phoenix and 16th in Tucson. I have to say that after years in the wilderness --- we have gotten our **** together here.....make no mistake: Arizona, actually the entire Southwest, except Utah of course is in play.

And Austin - seriously, you are losing whatever slim hold you might still have on anyone's attention. Your presentation is a joke - actually embarrassing, if embarrassment were within your repetoire. You need to just back off and take a breath. Most here think you're nuts - so if that's not the case, then you need to rethink how you approach this board.

If you're NOT nuts, then it's just garden variety nonsense, and not worth the energy of those here who actually DO have viability.
