Is Your Business Ready? ad

Is anyone else finding this "Is Your Business Ready?" ad extremely annoying? As I scroll down the page, it keeps going down the right side of the page with me, making it impossible for me to read that side of the page. Eventually it goes away, but sometimes I have to come back to this site four or five times before it goes away. Am I the only one who's having this problem?

For me its at the top and it drives me nuts.
