The ruling, if it holds up to any further appeals, would presumably free up Comcast and other service providers to block access to certain kinds of traffic, or give preferential treatment to other traffic.

I think Congress will pass a law to overturn the court ruling and push net neutrality. It is not dead, it just needs a heart transplant.
