Stagey- that's awful.

Mateo - thanks. It's just a skin thing . . . that itches. Hence, I have scratched myself to shreds in what little sleep I get
Honestly, I realize every moment that there are MUCH worse things I could have to deal with.
But I'd give ANYTHING for this to stop! It's been months now, and I really am tired of dealing with it
DG - I think of you often and always include you in my prayers (such as they are).
Take a cd and make that round trip an oppurtunity to catch up on some good new blues albums.
SM - that was just wrong
Hey matty!
sorry to hear that DG. Again, I wish you the best.
Good Evening Taz!
I had a ****ty day too. I posted why earlier on here, but for some reason it got erased, which is just as well. At least it's the weekend and everyone is here.

Trust me, Taz, the music is a-blastin'
Also, since the treatment center is blocks away from the beach in Santa Monica, I rent a bike and ride down to Venice and back - which is one of my favorite things to do. Of course, I make sure and take a break by the public wash-house to watch the surfers peel off their rubber suits and rinse off. All-in-all, it's not a bad day
Were you a target of random post deletion?
Did you include a disparaging remark about BWW or one of its employees? or perhaps a youtube link to copyrighted content?
I love how you can make a bad situation good! There are lessons to be learned there.
matty, it was weird. There was nothing in the post at all that was cause for deletion. It was just about why I was having a sad morning. It must have been random/accidental deletion.
125 miles roundtrip to SAMO?
What are you in the inland empire?
Ohh I see. I too have been a victim of post deletion.
DG, you know I wish you well in your recovery. Just stay the F away from me!

SM2 - it's NOT contagious! Otherwise, the TinMan would be covered in more than rust. It's just some form of exzema/dermatitus, and it's taking everything everyone can throw at it to make it go away!
And Mateo, yes, we live 'way out here' in Rancho Cucamonga (just north of Ontario.) It generally suits our needs - except in this situation!
Does anyone here like Modest Mouse? I think they are the freakiest/coolest band.
DG - we are neighbors!
Well - not really. But San Bernardino Valley neighbors.
No clue who they are taz.
I enjoy Modest Mouse.
I must confess I like their more mainstream hits like "Float On," but everything I have heard from them, I like.
It's just not music I listen to daily.
I have to be in the mood for them too. I was trying to decide what to play just now and I picked they're new album (which is way less commercial than Float On).

<---- Just because I'm playing in the AV thread tonight, this is my high school senior photo - back when I had hair!
Mateo - I head in your direction frequently - my therapist is in Redlands
ever listen to Ima Robot?
DG- I'm further East. Near P.S. but far less glamorous.
How cute - what year is that? Some time in the 80's I imagine.
70s more like. Late.
You were quite the hottie, DG.
Lovin' the hair DG!
I have heard Ima Robot matty. I like them too.
Well, I was thinking early 80's.
ETA: like, '80.
Great smile, too.

Circa 1980. And all I can say is that I was 6'2", tan, and blond haired blue-eyed in a beach town. A military beach town. With a virtual buffet of sailors and surfers. There were aspects of my youth that were appreciated
