I look up, about five minutes into McCain's address and see a steady stream of people walking out of the rally. They just came to see Palin apparently."

I know I'm preaching to the choir here but I have to count the lies:

"She's the only outsider running and I might be so bold to say, the most experienced. Most of our presidents were governors."
Uh, no, no and no, most of our presidents were Senators, actually.

In where? In their right mind? The person in congress the longest is John "Maverick" McCain.

OK that's not a lie, just really really stupid. If you want longevity, let's give the presidency to Robert Byrd.

And now the Maverick cannot travel alone. Apparently, the campaign is demanding that they travel together, because as noted here and elsewhere, he doesn't draw crowds.

I wrote before that my die hard GOP friends would prefer her at the top of the ticket. They are what I thought to be reasonable people before now.

I caught some of it this afternoon on CNN. I notice McCain and CO. are STILL using Van Halen's 'Right Here, Right Now' song even though the band has asked them to STOP.
