Is there a Mac equivalent to Paint?

There isn't an in-house equivalent. There are a bunch of free third-party options if you Google "Mac paint equivalent."

I've always found Paintbrush a solid (free) choice. It's been a long time since I've used MS Paint, but I think it has all the same features.
