no joke i tried this doing two complete crunches and my abs were sore the rest of the day!

so i bought it at target and it's working wonders, anyone else try it?

No, but I have a Body Blade sitting in the corner and a Bun and Thigh Rocker gathering dust in the basement. They did not work wonders. Of course, if they were actually being USED.... :-/

yes i understand. i'm the same way, i never exercise, ya right, it's too hard and exhausting. but this you can sit and watch tv while getting a major workout on your abs, you can even loose two inches in a week!

Every time I hear the word "Abs" on the TV, I think they are saying something else. But then, I sometimes mishear other commercials as well.

There was a baseball commercial the other night and the guy said something about waiting for the "Pitch" but I swear I thought I heard him say "Waiting for the B----". Say what???

about 60 bucks with a dvd instuction video and booklet.

try it at your local mall first then (at the as seen on tv stores) i'm not lyin!
