Laundry night Addy?!?

I just got back from NOT attending the Philharmonic. We had a flat tire on the way...and then AAA took an hour to get there...and then there wasn't a spare--not even a "donut" so we had to get towed...and then get a ride home.

I wish we'd just rented a video and had microwave popcorn instead.

I really wanted to go last week when the troupe came from NYC to perform a concert version of "The Mikado" but that didn't work with everyone's schedule. :o( And the reviews of the performances were so enthusiastic.

I'm now waiting for my sinus meds to kick in so I can get to sleep.

My dog decided he was going to have insomnia last night, and by default I wouldn't be able to sleep. He kept whining, and woke me up at least 3 times like he had to go potty... yep, there I was, at 4:20 am in the rain with a dog "pretending" he had to pee...

Anyway... coffee is brewing (my new french press!) so all will be well with the world in a bit.

As much as I'd love to have a dog, that's one of the reasons I don't. The main one being that I'm gone almost 12 hours a day during the week, and it just wouldn't be fair to the pooch.

Just add it to the stack on brdlwyr's desk and you, Addy, and everyone will need to add some more bucks to my defense fund.

Perhaps we should have a telethon or something to make sure I can fund the best defense possible in my stalker trial.
