I don't usually do this, but when I hear something that makes my eardrums happy.....I just have to share. So, everyone needs to go check out Janelle Monáe's new album called, "The ArchAndroid" that came out today. She mixes 70's R&B (think Jackson 5) with neo-soul and creates this beautiful sound. Here is her new video plus the cover art.

This is really the first time I heard her. I just bought the album from iTunes about an hour ago and I LOVE it.
