my first thought is "Beauty School Dropout" from Grease, but that's probably not entirely appropriate, and a little too common.
If you're auditioning for Jekyll and Hyde, I think the way you should go is a dark ballad. Dark and comical is good too.
So I'm thinking, something like: Close Every Door To Me-from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Don't Do Sadness-Spring Awakening (only the part before the girl comes in, obviously) Giants in the Sky-Into the Woods (Personal favorite, if you haven't seen this show you should look it up) Halloween-RENT (This is probably the best. It's already the perfect time for an audition piece and everything.) If I Can't Love Her-Beauty in the Beast (Context-specifically, this is a good one for the show you are auditioning for.)
