She is lovely, smart, and just a touch sassy.
But she wears a whole lot of makeup. I bought a gelato from her.

Yes, A lot of make-up but I think it kinda works because she has a 1920's flapper girl look about her. I mean not many women can wear blood-red lipstick and pull it off.
Also, when you bought the gellato from her (I'm SO jealous) she might have put on extra makeup at the prodding the producers for the sake of looking good on camera in daylight.

I totally didn't feel badly for Jen C in the boardroom, unless by "badly" you mean "wanted to slap some sense into her so she'd stop shooting herself in the foot and shut up". (However, I really like her lips. I dunno if it's the shape or the lipstick, but they're quite nice.)
Now, I felt badly for Stacie J. I think she's got a few marbles loose, but that whole gang mentality...uncool.
