Hey guys,
I rarely post here, but read things quite a bit ... mostly the broadway stuff ..... anyway ... i was in Chicago over the weekend and caught a performance of "Jerry Springer - The Opera" on a whim ..... and it was FANFU*KINGTASTIC!!! Do what you can to GO! We LOVED it. I'm not a Jerry Springer fan, nor am I an opera fun .... but it fulfills both. It is BEAUTIFULLY sung by a young, talented cast. And oh my goodness, it is great. Do what you can to see this *controversial* show at the Bailiwick Theatre on Belmont Street - and no, I don't work for the show. But I DID meet the Dad of Jerry Springer .... great guy! And a GREAT show .... I can't wait 'til they bring it to New York ... if ever. Definately would be great Off Broadway ......... loved it loved it loved it.
