Ok- I have gotten so many PMs from people asking about my avatar-

This is Jesse Tyler Ferguson (of Spelling Bee) at Sarah Saltzberg's ArsNova show from Nov 7th. He is dressed as David Stone (producer of Wicked and Spelling Bee), hence the I Love Idina shirt.

Just wanted to clear that up for anyone else who is wondering!
