Here's a video Joe made to promote the book. It's only 1:09 but you can set your media player to put it on permanent repeat and then watch it as much as you need to.

This is Joe being honest.
"I'm completely natural," he added. "No steroids, no human growth hormones, ever! This is what worked for me, and it's more of a lifestyle. It's not what you can do in 12 weeks, it's what you can do in a year from now to change your body and therefore change your life."
And in another interview:
So how does he keep so fit? "I'm completely natural. No steroids, no human growth hormones. Ever," the actor claims. He says he also works out two body parts per day for six days, eats no carbs and no sugar and drinks no alcohol. He also recommends changing your diet to include small, high-protein meals throughout the day.
"It's more of a lifestyle," the Pittsburgh lad says of his 'regime'. "It's not what you can do in four weeks, it's what you can do in a year from now."

I don't mean to be distrustful, I don't believe him.
I do believe that when he pulls down his cargo shorts (?), this is what is exposed.

This reminds me of the story of when young opera star Anna Moffo, who in her youth was justly noted as much for her physical beauty as for her vocal beauty, auditioned for famed conductor Leopold Stokowski. After watching her walk from the wings to center stage to sing for him, he turned to his assistant and said "She sings too?"
