Joey

Thoughts.

I thought it was okay. But it will get better.

I was dissapponted in Jennifer Coolidge's character. I love her, but I thought her character could have been funnier.

re: Joey

Better than I thought it would be. I don't think the opening sets the right tone for the show, though.

re: Joey

It's very difficult to judge a show by its pilot. I thought this was promising.

re: Joey

Exactly right. I was expecting absolutely nothing and laughed out loud a few times.

Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.

I'm going to give it a chance. If I could stick with Good Morning Miami (when it was on Thursdays)--I can stick with most anything! re: Joey

re: Joey

I liked it. Pilots are rough. I see promise, they just have to find their pace.

re: Joey

I actually was suprised to really enjoy it, show much promise.

re: Joey

I really liked the sister - and the nephew is a great foil for him.

re: Joey

very much so.

re: Joey

The nephew is Paulo Costanzo, yes? I love him. He's beautiful in Road Trip.
Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

re: Joey

I'm still on the fence with this one. I just didn't think Joey was a strong enough character to have his own show. Phoebe, on the other hand.......oh, the possibilities!

re: Joey

Hopefully the show will improve when the actors and writers get comfortable with the characters. I really throught the nephew was going to reveal himself to be gay--heck, he cooks well and has never had sex with a woman.

I'll stick with it for a while.
