I'll have to go with hot on this. Not because I find him physically attractive- because honestly I don't. I will say though, that he is thinner in person than I thought he was going to be when I saw him at Bryant Park. My vote goes for hot because I admire his desire to become a Broadway actor. I think he comes across as really loving what he's doing and wanting to be good on his own, aside from the whole NSYNC thing. I give him credit for that.

hot hot hot hot very hot enough since hes put on a few pounds since his nsync days hes still as hnot as he was there. he was always my favorite nsync member and will always be! in the pic i have with him he looks so hot ..its my fan photos if you care to see

I'm going to try and not be biased here. I haven't seen him since his NSYNC days, when I thought he was...uhm..luke warm. I'm not going to judge him in that cliche manner (cough*NSYNC*cough). Is his career hot? Yes. I also admire his will to become a BWay actor. I just hear he's a terrible actor. But, hey, I'm not going to judge.
