This morning Chicago lost another historic building designed by the brilliant Louis Sullivan. This is the third this year, two in the last month! This is so sad.
But the thought of losing some of the classic BWW threads is just as frightening.
Join the Broadway World Preservation Society today to ensure the Classic Threads do not disappear.
I nominate:
Old Hands
Mojito
Smoking
Greg Jabara threads...
Who else?
Welcome, Eddie Varley... the original poster appreciation thread?

Nah, the original poster appreciation thread belongs to King Stevo. Remember him and his? The first of many, many, original and longerst running appreciation threads.

The "Doogie is gay" thread...now that he actually DID come out.
Bryans CD Threads
King Stevos slithered away shortly after I arrived...after having been blown out of the water by Marc Shaiman in what was arguably the first celebrity suck-up thread. Never to my knowledge has a thread gained as many posts in as short a time as when Mr. Shaiman posted under his own name. Lordy, that was somethin'.

even from Dame's thread when that actor got arrested about the underage girl?
the Board went nuts over that

Preserve the fantabulous "Midsummer's Night's Madness" and all the Minnelli threads that made that a BWW posting night to remember.

I never knew about the Minnelli Deli until that thread!
Is That You in Your Avatar?
The funniest thing about the Mark Shaiman thread is that people STILL think it was really Mark and not Eddie Varley posting under Mark's name. Whatever happened with that lawsuit, by the way?
Eddie is serving his time in a women's prison in upstate New York and is the bitch of a gal named Marge.
Oh, you mean the big dollhouse?
Dare I say it?
Sporks.

Ah - let us not forget the "dryer ball" incident. I think that would make a wonderful TNT made for cable movie.

That Carly Jibson thread. "Just dropin* a line," I believe it was called.

I like the Caldwell threads. He was such an endearing kid. Of course there was Shaquannah Shwartz and all the Sisters at his school. Who was the nun who died in a plate of sloppy joes? I played Calwell's Jewish friend and I can't remember her name.

Twyla Nussbaum?

No that wasn't it. But there was a Frumah Sarah Titzlinger.
