And Donald says he's from NY??? I don't think I've ever seen a New Yorker eat pizza with a fork and knife. (or really anyone for that matter)

My only question is, - that slice that Stewart eats (at the end) is awfully FLABBY! Where's the thin, crispy, charred crust???!!

My guess is the Donald usually has his stepford wife feed it to him. When you are that rich, you lose some of the nice touches in life.
