For an online writing game that I play, I'm going to write a screenplay for a film entitled JUDD APATOW'S HAMLET. The dialogue will be the usual meandering Apatowness, but in Shakespearean speak.
What do you guys think of the cast I have so far? (It's a virtual Hollywood game where you cast your own movies with real actors):
HAMLET - Jonah Hill
POLONIUS - Seth Rogen
LAERTES - Michael Cera
FORTINBRAS - Paul Rudd
OPHELIA - Charlyne Yi
GERTRUDE - Leslie Mann
CLAUDIUS - Harold Ramis
HORATIO - Jason Segel
ROSENCRANTZ and GUILDENSTERN - Jay Baruchel and Martin Starr
THE GHOST - Loudon Wainwright III

I'd switch Jonah Hill and Michael Cera, but that's just me.
Also, for a Judd Apatow's Hamlet I would just put all those guys in Shakespearean costumes and have them ad-lib in modern-day speak instead of making them talk Shakespearean. But again, that's just me.

Kristen Bell for Ophelia.
Paul Rudd would be Claudius.
And I definitely agree that Michael Cera would be Hamlet, Jonah Hill can be Horatio.

Rosenkrantz & Guilderstern can be those guys, those guys, kinda goofy looking, that are in every single Judd Apatow movie, playing basically the same part, sort of gay but homophobic doofuses?
I guess that's not really narrowing it down much. Goofy facial hair? Chubby? Inappropriately nude? I know, I know, not narrowing it down at all.

Harold Ramis as Claudius? Once again, I'm on Claudius's side, and balls to everyone (else)'s favourite emo Danish prince.
