To JoeKv99 -- Technically, the original spelling is "Talulla"; Tallulah is a variant.
Also, I'd like to point out that this "outrageous" name would be perfectly legal in the USA, which does not regulate naming.

I kind of like Rumer (as in Rumer Godden). Scout, I guess, is from "To Kill a Mockingbird," right?
So I guess two literary allusions and one campy reference.
As someone said, I'd take any of those over Apple.
