On World AIDS Day, Towleroad ran an interview that Kevin Sessums did with Ms. Light. She has some lovely things to say, and it further cements her as one of my favorite people out there.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I thought she was excellent in Lombardi and this makes me appreciate her even more.
I love her outlook on life: "We are here to give each other as much joy as possible."
Also this: "I want the young people in this community to know their history, to know that they come from a community of heroes."
And I love that Lombardi, of all shows, is having a Boy's Night.
