this is kinda late but julia's episode of law and order criminal intent is on tonight at 11pm on usa. another law and order episode was on earlier tonight on tnt but is reairing tomorrow at 2pm.

So, for the LONGEST time I've seen pictures of Julia and wondered where in the world I knew her from--finally got a chance to read through this entire thread, and lo and behold, she was the woman vieing with Samantha for Smith's attentions on Sex and the City. It all makes sense now. Anyway, that had been bugging me for a while, so it's nice to know. She's very pretty... very memorable features.
I love her on Lippa's The Wild Party, but I haven't heard much else of her work. Amazing voice, though.

i didn't go but a friend of mine did. she did this version of the 12 days of christmas but her boyfriend had just broken up with her so she came out with this martini glass in hand and was just acting like a total drunk. my favorite was "on the 8th day of chirs- AH F*CK IT!" she also did this gorgous arangement of oh holy night and it ws just amazing.
she told me she will be singing the 12 days song at the next two christmas benefits she's doing.
