It's all been men, since. Actually, a woman has only held the top spot, 12 times, and only by 6 actresses!

Hey, JB2, Julia Roberts was actually number 1 in 1999.

The source for the list I posted (and Julia at #1 in 1999) is the actual Quigley Publishing web site.
Do you think they would have their own list wrong on their own site?
I suppose it's possible, but doubtful, don't you think?
