June Havoc

Watching part two of BROADWAY, THE AMERICAN MUSICAL and June Havoc is reminding me so much of Jane Withers. Anyone else see the similarities?

She has survived her mega famous sister by many years, though I don't think she is that much younger.

PS: Thanks for the spelling correction PalJoey and CJR.

June Havoc... and yes, she's still alive and well.... or, as well as can be expected for her age, of which I am not entirely certain.

Little Lamb, Little Lamb - I wonder how old she am?

I believe she is 86. She was 15 when she became a marathon dance champion in 1933 (she lied about her age - you had to be over 16 to enter). So her year of birth seems to be 1918.

There are about 3 different ages floating around about her, and you can't even get the real one out of her. All you can really get is a ballpark, which by my calculations, you've ballparked quite nicely.

But with a mother like hers, can we even expect June to know her real age?
