Justin & Cameron Sued By Snaparazzi

Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake are being sued by two photographers for assault and battery after the stars' night out in Hollywood turned into a paparazzi scuffle.

Saul Lazo and Jose Gonzalez filed the complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court today. The suit says "Charlie's Angels" star Diaz -- quote -- "grabbed (Lazo's) sweater, hit him in the neck with her hands, tripped (him) and grabbed his camera."

Then Timberlake allegedly came "nose to nose," screamed obscenities and taunted the photographer to fight.

Diaz reportedly tried to grab Gonzalez's camera, but he ran away as she chased him.

Representatives for the stars have said any actions they took were merely in self-defense.

The photographers are seeking punitive damages and reimbursement for attorney's fees.
