Justin Kirk

I've only seen him in Angels in America but I really really really liked him in that. Was that just a fluke or is he really that awesome?

re: Justin Kirk

The only other stuff I've seen Justin in is a bit-part in CSI last season and 'Weeds'. I don't think his performance was a fluke, but I think he's following roles haven't worked to his full potential.

I really want to see him DO something.

re: Justin Kirk

I think he was great in AiA. Though, sometimes he let his mouth hang open a bit wide. That bothered me. Other than that, I think he was fine. re: Justin Kirk

re: Justin Kirk

He used to be in a band with a college classmate of mine. I can't remember the name of the band, but saw them a couple of times at CBGB's. He was the lead singer and always wore overalls with sunflowers on them. They were pretty good.

I absolutely adore this man. I want to see more of him, too.

re: Justin Kirk

I saw a clip of him talking about Iraq on Weeds the other day. Though I really really really dislike Weeds (Waaaaaaaay too formulaic and unfunny), it is cool to see Kirk in something else again.

re: Justin Kirk

Agree on your Weeds assessment. Two actors as wonderful as Justin and MLP and they're stuck in this drivel?

re: Justin Kirk

Definitely.

I was hoping for Justin Kirk or MLP or any other AIA castmember to pop up in a cameo in Munich. I knew it probably wouldn't have happened but how cool would it have been if Eric Bana's character went to a restaurant and the waiter was Kirk?

He IS an angel. Glorious. Come back to Broadway, darling. We miss you.

re: Justin Kirk

He was a regular on Jack & Jill a few years back, but I didn't see enough of the show to say if he was any good.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

re: Justin Kirk

I couldn't believe it when Margo Channing recently posted "Actually I most certainly did bitch often and loudly about the miscasting of the crucial role of Prior with straight actor Justin Kirk, who was completely and totally clueless and unbelieveable, especially in the drag sequence with Harper."

I loved Justin Kirk both in AIA and in LVC. He seems to be an (apparently) straight actor who is not afraid to commit himself totally to a gay role, and I found him absolutely believable (and gorgeous) in both films.
