Back from my Cookie-inspired lunchtime gym visit. On the elliptical, I think I figured out why Cookie likes the song "Nature Boy" so much:

Dang, I was gonna skip the gym today but now PJ was inspired by Cookie and I feel inspired by PJ. No nature boy for me, though - it is all Judy on that arc today, and I'm going to try to do the Cookie routine and see if I can survive at that level.
