It was a moist morning for a run, but I have a lovely clay masque that has wisked away all of the impurities from my skin, so between that and the humidity I am positively glowing. A shout out to my skin care advisor!

I did NOT run this morning. I opted for sleep and a cold shower. WHY did I not sleep with the AC on last night?!

Being without AC today would be heinous. After 7 miles I looked like I had just jumped in a lake. I ran to say good morning to Mr. Lincoln and our friends at the Capitol (ha) and scurried home before collapsing!

BT - we were in your fair city last week and had a delightful time. It was warm, but not oppressive. I had to fight every night with my mother in law about the thermostat. She is a snake and it was often hot as hell in the middle of the night.
