I did NOT run this morning. I opted for sleep and a cold shower. WHY did I not sleep with the AC on last night?!

Any running I do today will be inside. On the treadmill.
I have a good masque that gets rid of the glow... though it ends at midnight.

Posted: 7/12/05 at 10:29amBT - we were in your fair city last week and had a delightful time. It was warm, but not oppressive. I had to fight every night with my mother in law about the thermostat. She is a snake and it was often hot as hell in the middle of the night.
