Posted: 7/19/04 at 9:54pmthat doesn't necessarily mean that he's done, it may just mean that the season's filming was over and he'll be back when they start filming for the fall.

Frank Spangenburg, right? He was a NYC cop...he was great! That was when they still had the 5 day limit.
I wonder if Jeopardy will revise the rules again, after Ken is finished (if he ever finishes...).
On the one hand, the ratings have been skyrocketing - and during the summer that's going to have a significant impact on their Ad revenue.
On the other hand, I think it's getting a little out of hand. He has such a HUGE advantage over new contestants because he knows the timing of when to click (it's a very important factor!). The other players may know all the answers, too, but if they can't click in, they don't stand a shot...
I'm still rooting for Ken, but I hope it doesn't stretch on MUCH longer...

Did he ever finish the story about how he killed a man?
It was his 'chat' line on last Friday's show, and Alex told him that if he returned on Monday they would find out the rest of the story - but I didn't get a chance to see it. I'm sure it was a lame joke, but am sadly curious...

Posted: 7/22/04 at 6:07pmI thought that he seemed arrogant at first but I think that he's just a little nerdy. He kind of looks like a tall 5 year old. My daughter and I like him. He's part of our reality Tuesday viewing extravaganza (Queer Eye, Big Brother, Amazing Race). It just won't be the same without him. Alex did say that the season was about to end. I assume he'll be back to start the next one if he keeps winning.

Did anyone else find this odd?
After the Clue in which the answer (question?) was "What is 'Scarface?' Alex did a really bad Al Pacino impression saying 'Let me introduce you to my little friend...'
Then Ken said something along the lines of 'Okay, but not now, maybe after the show...'
hmmmmmmm

#48re: Ken on Jeopardy
Posted: 7/22/04 at 11:22pmYES! HE IS! Whenever Ken gets the Daily Double, Alex just chats w/ him and I think that's unfair! It's taking away from the time left in that round for the other players. I'm seriously waiting for the show to open one day when Alex and Ken have switched places

Posted: 7/22/04 at 11:31pmThe Alex-Ken dynamic certainly gets stranger with every passing episode. Anyone else read Bill Simmons' column on Ken? Pretty good stuff. It's on ESPN's Page 2.
