Pies only are hot, but only if made with real Key Limes and real Merengue.

Tinis and truffles, not.

Being born and bred in the heart of Key Lime country I know about the tarty hotness of Key Limes.

All of my pies, all my life, have been homemade, with real Key Limes.

Certain things in life require standards.

I am the original hot tart. Key Limes when fresh are wonderful but hard to come by. Sometimes I can get key lime juice in a bottle. It is good fish.

I knew Nellie and Joe.

My mother makes the bestest Key Lime Pie. I learned her secret.

Now mine are the best.

My pies are made with Key Limes flown direct from the keys, and always with love.

I use Nellie and Joe's key lime juice, Jose'! I can make a pretty good key lime pie with that stuff, though not quite as good as one made with real key limes.
