I remember hearing that she was going to do another sitcom with Brenda Fricker...but that was aeons ago...it didn't happen.

Her character was annoying, overly cheerful in an insincere way, just like everything she does.
That was two years ago! The only good sitcom to start last season was Arrested Development.

Posted: 6/13/04 at 2:17pmI think it shot 8 or 9 episodes and only ran 6. I saw two of them. I enjoyed them but then I was 12 or 13 and I don't think that was thier (NBC) target audience.

Posted: 6/13/04 at 4:23pmAs well as Kristin's character being overly cheerful and disgustingly sweet, the other characters were badly conceived, one dimensional and unlikable. It was very much like that show with Sara Ruhe and Andy Dick, in fact, almost the same exact show.

It was a dreadful show. Forced humor and lots of references to Kristin's character's virginity. The laugh track (as usual) was annoying and there were uproarious responses to lame jokes.
The only saving virtue of the show was when Kristin sang.

Posted: 6/14/04 at 8:29pmI really like Kristin, but the show just wasn't very good. I don't know if it was because of the writers, or Kristin, or the network. Probably a combination of things just didn't flow. Over all it just wasn't a very entertaining show. Better luck next time KC!

The opposite of creation isn't war, it's stagnation.
