NO ONE has the the vocal version as it is being made (manufactured) as we speak. Not even Radio has it, thus, the lack of leaks...The word is, by this week, it should hit radios, wordwide, but Warners has a strict policy and will act on it if played earlier than intended..that won't stop leaks though but it has put a severe damper on the length of time a leak is out there (note: Mariah's first single was leaked 4 weeks before release date)
AS for the whole CD... it is not even at the record plant being manufactured yet - thus no leaks - they are playing the whole thing pretty close to the vest, timing wise..word is they are waiting 8 days before to press it (unheard of) and releasing it so it literally arrives only 10 days before release date- anyone caught selling it will have entire shipment pulled and confiscated.....

All current copies, of CD and singles, have a code on them that can be traced if somehow dumped on to limewire or edonkey or what have you ..
in short, if some crafty little admin in legal gets snarky and uploads it, she's fired....

And all of these comments lead me to believe this will be a huge hit for her--especially in Europe and Japan, most likely in Australia and North America and the rest of the world.

Her documentary will premiere on 10/18, followed by an airing on MTV on 10/21.
She'll be appearing on Oprah and performing 2 new songs.
She's designing an ipod loaded with all of her recordings.
Let her media onslaught begin!
