Sheesh, tough crowd. I think she handled it well. It's not like she's a standup or musician. Her book tour appears to be a bit unusual and there might not be an established process for this type of event.

Anyway, big GIRLS fan. And I'm brown, but I don't care about the lack of diversity on this one particular show. Representation across media is vitally important, but I don't need every show to be a Benetton ad for me to enjoy it - and I very much enjoy GIRLS. But I'm also much younger than most of you.

I did stray off-topic somewhat. At this point in my life, I don't do work-for-hire or shaite-for-free unless it's in support of a legitimate charity or noble cause. She should pay!!!

It's all very Amanda Palmer, who also should have known better but Lena should have known better more.
