Hmm...see I can't really do most of these b/c I just don't know them/haven't seen them. I'm almost undefeatable in the game if I know one person to use from starting points, but that's why I've been answering so few. So to boost my esteem, I'm gonna answer mine in different ways:

Misery starred Kathy Bates who played Miss Hannigan in the ABC version of "Annie" where Kristin Chenoweth played Lily St. Regis. If you didn't know, Kristin played "G[a]linda" in Wicked.
