Little Adolph Hitler and siblings taken away from parents

I was trying to find the original thread about the walmart bakery who wouldn't write the name Adolph Hitler on a birthday cake for a little three year old. Anyway I just saw a news item about the children being taken away from their Nazi parents.

I hope and pray they will either go to a sane member of the family or to a good foster home. Bless these little ones.

What was the justification for taking them away? I understand their parent are Nazi supporters but was their illegal activity to justify the separation?

GG Allin was born Jesus Christ Allin. It did not turn out well.
