Assuming the producers could get insurence on her, how about a Broadway revival of Sunset with her in the lead ? Hugh Jackman as Joe Gillis (with a few new numbers for him )? . I think this would sell a few tickets

With who on the lead? I am not sure who you mean. The thread is about Liza but it has gone everywhere from Glenn close to Faye Dunaway. Not that there is anything wrong with that. But I just don't kow who you are refering to Mr Roxy.

While I adore Liza, I just don't think that she could hack it 8 times a week in Sunset on B'way these days. I am ALL for her involvement with the film however. I can see her now - turban and all...if only the powers that be could be persuaded.
