Looking for 14x22 frames. Is this a standard size?

You may or may not know 14x22 is the standard size for window cards for Broadway musicals and the like. I am looking for ready made frames and I think some of you might know a place to look. Currently scoping out Target's selection.

Any advisement is appreciated!

I was just heading to Triton, but I'm guessing they are not competitive in price. Found Playbill has them available, and Amazon has a selection.
