Looking for a Sting Song

My ex used to sing the most beautiful Sting song to me. The lyrics were in French. The same line repeated over and over. I can't call her up and ask her because then I look like a loser, wanting to download the old song that reminds me of her...lol. I just find the song very soothing. Anyone know what it might be?

Could it be "J'aurais Toujours Faim De Toi?"

It was on the album, Ghost In The Machine, but was a rock song. Maybe he recorded an acoustic version, but I've never heard it. =)

Not sure. It may be a Police song. Of course, I can't find the song.

OK, well, the song was written by Jacques Brel, and there are many versions of it. The only version I could find by Sting is a live version on an EP called "Shape Of My Heart - CD digipak."
