But, for starters, three characters disappear. One of the characters was not on that plane, and the two other characters (two whom we know and love and worship) seem to have been kidnapped by the character who was not on the plane.

my guess is the character not on the plane was the french lady who took sayid and ?

The episode was SO VIOLENT last night. I could hardly watch Sawyer being torchered.......

Yep, I agree that the kidnapper is the French lady -- now probably gone crazy......

He's lame...what a cry baby.

Another sentimental, predictable episode ("I don't have the inhalers"--Who didn't see this coming a mile away?). I'm losing interest fast.

I
Love
Locke

And BTW my theory is that Locke knocked out Sayid. I think he isn't necessarily evil but he has a deal with the island (Or whatever thing is running the whole shannanigan).

Nina - that could be it! It makes sense since Locke is a bigwig there and was nothing back at home.

btw...LOVE your avatar... Moulon Rouge is one of my favorite movies and I LOVE LOVE McGregor!

I had to research cause I was getting impatient and found some spoilers....

here it comes.....

sure you wanna know.....????

ok....

One character was not on that plane and Claire and Charlie are going to disappear, kidnapped, it seems by the character who was not on the plane. Sawyer’s backstory has a twist that just might be as good as Locke’s

Also..
Each “Lost” writer had to pull three names out of a hat. [Lost writer Paul] Dini got Locke, Sawyer and Sun and was instructed to write a history for each of the three. Dini says Locke having the same name as the philosopher is not a coincidence. “… the monster is sort of a reflection of yourself. The pilot saw it in horror and he was killed because he feared the monster. Locke saw the monster with true awe, therefore, he was able to survive his encounter,” Dini said. Though we may never see the entire monster, Dini says it may be "a Loch Ness Monster kind of thing.” The characters of Scott and Steve, introduced last week, will soon have speaking parts. At least one main character and several minor ones will die before season’s end

more spoilers....do not read past this if you don't want to know....

Jack's Father's body WAS on the plane. A cargo plane shipping zoo animals also crashed on the island once.

According to an online chat with Daniel Dae Kim, a Jin POV episode is slated for either episode 15 or 16

Yeah. TiVo-ing "Lost" and watching it late is dangerous--I'm a bit unsettled for sleep.

That "Ethan Rom" guy is so freakin' creepy. So was the psychic.

I keep expecting the show to get all mannered and "Twin Peaks"-y, but it definitely keeps you guessing.

Good T.V.
