The voice of modern R&B has reached his pinnacle and gone on to a better place. he was 54. Mr. Vandross will be loved, honored and cherished forever. Thanks for the love songs Luther.

I am so sad. I am playing him right now. My lover and I drove to Orange County to watch him perform the day after we moved in together. His voice is magical. This is a huge loss.

Very sad day. I couldn't believe it when they broke in the news. This is just heartbreaking. Heaven has certainly gotten a glorious angel.
