MAJOR Computer help, please!!

I'm at my wit's end. I purchased noadware to get rid of all this junk on my computer, and I deleted it al land rebooted but for some reason some adware still would not be deleted. My Homepage is still hijacked, and my AOL won't start. It says: Unable to load ebrowser.dll

Then it said Runtime Error! Program C:Program FilesAmerica Online 9.0WAOL.exe

What do I do?? I'm dying over here

I don't know anything about the program, but does it have a website you can go to for tech support? Some of them even have a live chat feature so you can talk with a techie.

bah, yeah, I chatted with a guy but he said he wasn't equipped to handle my problem so I e-mailed the support tech staff, but I was hoping someone here might have faster advice! I hate technology...

Alright, try going to the search feature from the Start thingy *I don't know 'technical' terms, sorry, lol* and type in the junk clogging your comp. and delete it. I had a virus and no matter how much you think you delete it'll always be there until it's like...100% deleted, I hope that made sense. PM me if you have any questions, it'll be easier and hopefully I'll make more sense.
