theatrediva...i do agree with what your saying. but sometimes a monologue thats right for you is hard to find. I've been looking for a couple a months with my acting teacher and I just recently found the right ones for me.
That being said...just get on it. Since it is so last minute look at plays your familiar with and characters within them that could suit you. Good luck with everything! I know it can be stressful...I'm going through the same thing right now. But it will all work out...it will.

broadwayboy...I know exactly what you mean. If the monologue isn't right for you then you're just not going to connect. I wish I could help you...but honestly without my acting teacher I don't know what I'd do myself. I don't really know plays...I know musicals.
The only suggestion I have is maybe see a drama teacher at school or something and ask them of any shows that they know of where parts would be right for you.
I know 2 weeks seems like such a short period of time but if your reallyy work at it you can do it. (miss thosee freakinnn days of school and start looking...this is more important than schooool heheh).
Also maybe try getting a monologue book and if something interests you from there and get the play its from. (I wouldn't recommend doing a monologue straight out of a monologue book...I've heard its a bad idea.)I would just say if you find a character that's good for you, look up the play that its from. Read the play. And then pick out a monologue from there.
Lots of luck.

Since noone has helped you specifically, How bout I give you a list of plays that have short akward nerdy characters, or characters that you could play.
Brighton Beach Memoirs...Eugene
The Basketball Diaries by Jim Carroll
Dancer with Bruised knees
Canadians
also there are A TON of websites that have Monolgues for free, read through them.
Another great monologue that I have used is funny as hell, and would be really funny if you used it...from a play called 'Snow Angel' its by David Lindsay Abiare....the play is online...the link is...http://www.playscripts.com/playview.php3?playid=245
The Character is ARLO and you want to find the monologue that talks about how he goes grocery shopping with his mother.
GOOD LUCK!!!
BTW, where are you auditioning?

Nicky Silver writes a bunch of quirky characters that might be fun for you to look at. He has a play collection book called "Etiquette and Vitriol: The Food Chain and Other Plays" that is definately worth looking into.
Another idea for helping you to find monologues is to pick an actor that you are the same "type" as and find out what plays they have been in. Then look at these plays for monologues. It might be a little late to do for the first audition, it's just something to keep in the back of your mind for a later date.
Best of luck at your auditions!
