But my point is you can do all those good things and die anyway as well.

Living in Britain, Mad Cow Disease is old news. It bored me then and it bores me now. I agree with Roxy, life ends when it ends. You may not smoke cigarettes, but if you're shot in the head - does it matter anyway?

I know one person on this board would wish I had them 3 times a day but I have those 10 Ouncers very rarely ( actually medium to well ). Once a month I have A Quarter pounder with cheese but that is it. Cut back eggs from 4 a week to 2 . My dad drove a truck for a living .He made many a trip to a slaughterhouse. He told me if you saw what happened there you'd never eat meat again. Some of the kitchens in the fanciest restaurants would sicken you. Mad Cow is innoucuous when you compare what you can get from eating many kinds of food.

The definition of Mad Cow Madness: Boycott Gypsy for their insensitive portrayal of our bovine friends.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

My great grandpa had three eggs and a half pound of bacon every day since he was 20 for breakfast. He lived to be 100, from 80 to 96 on his own. It just goes to show you. While life can end at any moment avoiding things that could prematurely end it is important to me. Even though I may be shot in the head I want to treat myself as well as possible to make my odds of pain and suffering later in life a lot less.

There are no differences to iron out, Roxy. I call you on things like when you said you would clarify your "faux puax" post about Howard Dean, and then you never did. That's not a difference, that's just holding you to something you said you'd do. I'd love to join you for the dinner, but I'm vegetarian. I would take great pleasure in watching you enjoy cow brains in spinal fluid tartare. Downer cow, if possible.

Eating meat once is your definition of "taking a chance," Roxy? Wow, how EDGY you are. I ate meat for 27 years of my life, so it wouldn't be like trying something new for me. I would just take such pleasure watching YOU enjoy cow brains in spinal fluid tartare.

Again, I will do it if you do. You did it for 27 years so once more won't kill you. Maybe you are afraid it will. I am not . Be brave as you only live once.

Hey, you're the one who is bragging about how the minute you heard the concerns you went out and ate meat. I couldn't care less about you. But if you're REALLY AS IN YOUR FACE about this "one case" then eat the brains and drink the spinal fluid. G'ahead! Piss off the PETA people!

I did not eat brains before ( have too many of my own)& the thought nauseates me. You can piss Peta off by saying a harsh word to an animal. Eating my normal amount of meat will piss them off. Thanks for your concern though
