CNN is reporting that a case of Mad Cow Disease has been found in the U.S.

Don't take my beef away from me. It's the only thing I have left.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Karl Rove and Tom Cruise have Mad Cow disease.

Have you listened to the news lately?

Which state?

Good thing I am a dedicated Chick-fil-A visitor...

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Ooo Chick-fil-A, I miss it so re: Mad Cow in U.S.

Seriously the whole mad cow thing is ridiculous. We know what causes it. We know how to stop it. We do nothing!

They aren't saying which state.

I wish we had Chik-Fil-A in NYC.

"We know what causes it. We know how to stop it. We do nothing!"

Basically! You know, in Fast Food Nation, the author mentions that the low-grade beef they use in ONE hamburger pattie from McDonalds can come from over 1000 different cows. That's over 1000 different opportunities to get someone sick, just because people are too lazy to regulate it.

Billions served...by trillions of cows.

"There are no Chik-fil-a's in NYC? Stop the madness!!"

Sad but true. It's devastating.

I know that no one wants to hear this, but this isn't the end of Mad Cow...it's going to pick up steam because no one, not the government, not the beef industry, and not the consumer, is going to be willing to spend what it would take to assure a "safe" beef supply.

And we'll save talking about chicken for another time...

I didn't know that...disgusting. Another reason to avoid McDonalds.

I would say Rosie's a mad, stupid cow.

I heard there was a mad cow in France. They wouldn't let her into Hermes after closing time.
