I had it for a while but I had to stop using it. It crashed my computer several times. Don't know if that's a widespread problem or not.

OK, I'm up and running now with the Magic Jack. I had to contact their tech support to get it set up, and thank goodness I was relayed to one of their senior technicians. The first one was steering me in the wrong direction, all over the place. (He was trying to tell me that it wouldn't work if you had Service Pack 3 installed (for Windows), and he wanted to roll me back to Service Pack 2. No way, Jose!)

Not sure how this thing's going to work if my computer hibernates. Hope my system doesn't crash too!

Keep us posted on how things go. I might consider giving it another try. It is a great deal. I'm just scared of getting the blue screen of death again.

I tried it on 2 computers, and both times it wouldn't work unless I installed their upgrade patch. Not sure if you got that. I had to download from their website. It's 8.41 MB.
